Former Cebu PCG member slaps teacher in front of arrested students.

Law enforcement officials arrested a former member of the Philippine Coast Guard (ex-PCG) for beating a teacher in front of his students in Cebu.
According to the report, a retired PCG member is in jail after he assaulted a teacher at a school in Barangay Cotcot, Liloan, Cebu. Ferdinand Laurente Manto, 56, of Barangay Catarman, Liloan, has been identified as the perpetrator.
Paolo Catarina Mollena, 24, is a teacher at the school of educational and technical development in the same city. At 00:49, this happened this Sunday at the mentioned school.
Manto, the father of the school's owner, arrives to meet Mollena, who is now teaching the children about campfires. Manto ordered Mollena to find a school official, according to the report.
Unfortunately, the latter did not reach the point because he was too focused on the instruction. Manto slapped the teacher three times in front of the students. The perpetrator told the teacher that he did not want to see him the next day at school. The teacher quickly left the classroom and went with his brother to the police station. Police arrested Manto while he was at the school. He was quickly transported and handed over to the police station.
